New Yorks Row NYC Hotel Brings Paparazzo Style to Times Square

After a two-year, $140 million renovation, Gotham’s Milford Plaza hotel re-launched this spring as Row NYC. Located in the heart of Times Square, home to MTV Networks, Conde Nast Publications, Viacom and more, the hotel’s focal point is the digital art gallery by paparazzo Ron Galella, documenting New York City during the late ’70s and early ’80s. Lizzy Jagger, daughter of Mick, serves as the face of the re-launch campaign.

Eat: The District M restaurant serves carefully curated cheeses from Murray’s Cheese shop in Greenwich Village, domestic and international charcuterie and Neapolitan-style, hand-stretched pizzas. For dessert: a dish of affogato — housemade gelato topped with a shot of La Colombe espresso.

Drink: Seven It’s 5 O’Clock cocktails were created for District M — including the Mad Hattan, which mixes rye whiskey, orange liqueur and Italian bitters.

Stay: The hotel will soon unveil the 1,000-sq.-ft. Penthouse Paparazzi suite, starting at $2,520 per night. Guests get the star treatment from a member of celeb stylist Lionel Renard’s team, and a Getty Images photographer will be available to capture guests’ night out on the town.
