Biography: Caitlin Clark is an American college basketball player best known for her dominant performances with the Iowa Hawkeyes. As of her senior season, she became the NCAA Division I women's all-time leading scorer and is projected to be a top pick in the 2024 WNBA draft.
Clark started playing basketball at age five. Influenced by WNBA player Maya Moore and Harrison Barnes, she became a standout player at Dowling Catholic High School. She earned the titles of McDonald's All-American and was highly sought after by college programs for her exceptional play.
Upon committing to the University of Iowa, Clark led NCAA Division I in scoring during her freshman year and followed that by leading in both points and assists as a sophomore. In her junior season, she achieved the rare feat of winning national player of the year awards, propelling Iowa to success.
Internationally, Clark has won three gold medals with the United States.
