59-year-old Gaylard Williams is the pastor at the Praise Cathedral Church in Seymour, Indiana.
According to court documents, the victim told officers that pastor Williams approached his vehicle, parked close to Cypress Lake.
He claimed that when he rolled down his window, the pastor grabbed and squeezed his genitals before asking him perform oral sex.

The victim noted down the car number plate of his alleged attacker and reported the incident to police.
When officers eventually caught up with Williams, they reportedly found gay pornography in his car.
He was later charged with battery and appeared in court.
